Keyhole Bay is a friendly and welcoming community. The community was master planned by EDSA, one of the leading architecture and landscape design firms in the United States.

We offer 24 hour security provided by Bulldog Security, the largest security company in Roatan. We have a purified drinking water system, reverse osmosis filtration and desalination system. Our drinking water exceeds US bottled water standards. We have a community back-up power generator that comes on automatically during power outages. We have a beautiful community pool and private "keyhole" beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped.

We are located in West Bay. You can walk from Keyhole Bay to West Bay Beach in less than 10 minutes.

Keyhole Bay has architectural controls and protective covenants in place to preserve the character of the community and maintain property values. All homes constructed will be Mediterranean architecture style, concrete construction, tile roof, and meet the other requirements outlined in the CCRs.

We have a Homeowners Association and a Condo Owners Association with an active Board of Directors.
